Our Youth SNAP Fitness Program is designed for boys and girls ages 5-13!
This dynamic 6-week program is packed with fun and engaging full-body workouts to help young athletes build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance their overall physical health. With two sessions per week, your child will not only develop essential fitness skills but also boost their mental well-being.
At just $100, this program provides an incredible value, offering much more than just fitness training.
Each participant will receive the following:
- customized nutritional plan
- A "STAY FIT" plan to keep them on track
- Priority reservations for future sessions, including our spring, summer, and winter programs.
